2.1 Your order will be shipped via DPD
2.2 We ship to the following countries: Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, France, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Ireland, Denmark, Finland, Croatia, Sweden, Luxembourg, Slovakia, Slovenia and Czech Republic.
3. Shipping Costs
3.1 Within Germany, delivery is free of charge.
3.2 For international shipping, the shipping costs range from €4.99 to €99.99 per item, depending on the weight and quantity of the respective product. Before finalizing your order, you can find the exact shipping costs in your shopping cart/checkout.
3.3 For cross-border deliveries, additional taxes (e.g., in the case of an intra-community acquisition) and/or duties, such as customs duties, may apply. These are to be paid by you.
4. Deadlines
The delivery time for shipments within Germany is indicated on the respective product page. The commencement of the delivery time depends on the chosen payment method.
For payments made via PayPal, credit card (PayPal Plus), direct debit (PayPal Plus), or advance payment, the delivery time starts one day after the payment instruction is made. For all other payment methods, the deadline begins one day after the order is placed.
For deliveries outside Germany, the following deadlines apply:

If the start or end of the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday, the start or end of the deadline will be moved to the following working day.
