Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods, including PayPal, credit card, Google Pay, Apple Pay and prepayment/bank transfer.
Can I change my payment method after placing my order?
To ensure the security and speed of order processing, it is not possible to change the payment method after the order has been completed.
How long does delivery take?
The delivery time is usually 1 - 3 working days within Germany. For international shipments, the delivery time may vary depending on the destination.
Do you offer free shipping?
We only offer free shipping within Germany. The shipping costs for international orders can be found directly in the shopping basket.
How is my order shipped?
Your order is shipped via the DPD parcel service. This ensures fast and secure delivery of your products.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking link. You can use this link to view the current status of your shipment.
Can you deliver my order to a Packstation?
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer deliveries to Packstations. The reason for this is that we cannot guarantee that your order will fit in the parcel compartment. However, we are continually endeavouring to expand our delivery options and hope to be able to offer you this option soon. Thank you for your understanding!

How can I return or exchange an item?
To return or exchange an item, please complete the online returns form on our website.
What are the conditions for returning products?
Products can be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.
What if a product is damaged or defective?
We check all products carefully before we dispatch them. However, if you notice any defects in the products, please contact us immediately. We will find a solution as quickly as possible.

Are customised products possible?
Unfortunately we do not currently offer custom sizes and so far this service is not planned. We understand that this may be disappointing for some customers. However, we do offer a variety of standard sizes which should suit most customers.
What is the maximum weight of the table legs?
The maximum load per set is 250 kg.
Do the table legs have floor protection?
Yes, each table leg is equipped with a practical floor protector. The floor protection on the table legs helps to prevent scratches and scuff marks on sensitive floor coverings.
Is the assembly of the table legs complicated and what tools do I need?
The table legs are very easy and quick to assemble. All you need is a screwdriver or cordless screwdriver. The table leg fixation has screw-in holes that make assembly easier. Depending on the tabletop material, it may be necessary to pre-drill the holes in the tabletop.
How can I participate in the loyalty programme and how do I collect points?
Collect loyalty points with every purchase on our website! You receive 1 loyalty point for every euro you spend. 1 loyalty point corresponds to a value of €0.05. You can then redeem your collected points for future orders. You can see your points balance transparently in your user account at any time.
